The right candidate knows how to evaluate candidates through their interview techniques and knows the essential value of securing and retaining the right patient-focused, detail-oriented, compassionate operational staff to ensure the very best experience for our patients and their doctors.
In addition to recruiting new talent, the position will be responsible for onboarding new recruits, and helping to build a work culture focused on compassion, shared values, work ethic and the sheer joy of loving the change we can bring to the world, especially our senior patients.
