Talent Management Specialist develops, implements, and administers programs that evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance. Conducts assessment activities to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs. Being a Talent Management Specialist designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Identifies the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Talent Management Specialist encourages a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     PhyMed Healthcare Group, a large Anesthesia practice, is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing practice in Nashville, TN. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play an integral role in identifying quality, driven candidates with PhyMed’s key business markets in multiple states. They will be primarily responsible for building a continuous candidate pipeline for clinical roles within PhyMed, completing initial screenings for nursing candidates, and interviewing office-based roles including IT and Finance. 


    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    1. Partner with Talent Acquisition lead to enhance the candidate pipeline strategy for clinical roles, specifically nurses.
    2. Communicate with and track potential applicants found at conferences, school visits, and other events about job opportunities at PhyMed in multiple states.
    3. Manage pipeline database and provide reporting as needed.
    4. Review CVs (resumes) and conduct phone screenings as needed for clinical roles.
    5. Partner with hiring managers to source, interview, and select candidates for office-based roles including IT and Finance.
    6. Attend local and national conference exhibitor events as needed.


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Bachelor Degree from an accredited program required, preferably in Human Resources.
    2. Minimum of 1-2 years in Recruiting, preferably in a healthcare environment.
    3. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint required.
    4. Excellent organizational skills required.
    5. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication needed.
    6. Ability to work in a team environment
