Always Compassionate Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter who will focus on attracting and retaining qualified home health aides and personal care aides. The primary responsibility is to source qualified applicants for open positions, review resumes, focusing on skills matching up best to the requirements at hand and interview candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter will actively engage in a variety of in-person recruitment activities and events.

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialists/Recruiter for our Babylon, Long Island office.

***All Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter positions are based on site.

Responsibilities:

• Source, interview, and hire qualified Home Health Aides, & Personal Care Aides throughout assigned territory. Community outreach in the field.
• Identifies and executes creative sourcing strategies.
• Request and review recruitment documents to ensure compliance and accuracy based on regulatory practices.
• Develop meaningful relationships with local businesses, HHA schools and candidates to enhance candidate flow and brand Always Compassionate Health throughout the neighboring communities.
• Provide support to other recruitment teams for the full recruitment process, during orientation or other events that may occur outside of work hours including job fairs and recruitment events.

Qualifications:

• Home Care/Health Care recruitment experience; must have experience in full cycle requirement including sourcing, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and administering offer letters.
• Able to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Proficiency in navigating various technology applications and all Microsoft programs.
• Bilingual/Spanish-speaking a plus

Salary:

Starting at $58,000, based on experience additional performance-based financial incentives
