Talent Management Manager manages the development, implementation, and administration of programs that evaluate, measure, enhance and improve employee performance. Utilizes assessments to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs. Being a Talent Management Manager leads the design of performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Establishes cross-functional synergies that provide training and development resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Talent Management Manager champions a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Talent Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Talent Management Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Description

    Main purpose of the role:

    You will be part of the blended project team comprised of specialists which could be Deloitte colleagues and/or SME’s from the client. Your specific contribution would be on how Risk technology can enable the integrated GRC functions to thrive at an organization. You would be acting as GRC translator between the client’s business and the technology specialists and are able to understand the client’s need behind the requirements and challenge these. You will also be able to challenge the technology specialists on the suggested solution for the defined requirements. You will support in making decisions without having all of the facts/information and knowing how to communicate this to various stakeholders.

    Within your role you are expected to be able to flag and give the team lead a heads-up for possible problems whereby you also then act as a sounding board to find solutions. You should be open to share and learn skills, best-practices and experiences with the client and colleagues. You would get the opportunity to work on advising clients on their methodology, content and technology to enable their Integrated GRC strategy, work in multi-disciplinary teams and get a first-hand inside look at a variety of organizations and specialties

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with risk management, internal /external audit, GRC technology enablement/implementation or compliance background or affinity.
    • Fluent in writing and speaking English (Dutch not a must, but a great advantage.)
    • Skilled in at least one technology platform, whereby prior experience with technology platform such as ServiceNow is a prerequisite.
    • Projects are typically agile projects therefore experience with this methodology is a prerequisite.
    • Need to have experience in managing a team.
    • Needs to be result orientated, motivate a team, resilient, creative, innovative, understanding and determined.
