We are an established Private Equity group operating and continually acquiring Residential Solar EPCs across the US. Currently we have a portfolio of over 40 EPCs in 7 states. We operate these EPCs in a hybrid model in which they operate as subcontractors for some of the largest EPCs in the country as well as producing jobs independently as sourced through a growing dealer sales network. Currently, we are seeking a Manager, Solar Construction Operations to drive the standardization, assimilation, and continuous improvement of our construction operations model nationally. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in residential solar construction operations, has been at least a 2nd line manager, is tech savvy, and has overseen a minimum of 1,000 jobs per month.
We are looking for a residential solar construction operations veteran to partner with executive leadership to drive our national expansion. Providing the best construction operations in the industry is the cornerstone of our strategy. As such, we are seeking a leader who is obsessed with achieving the shortest possible install durations at scale. You are subject matter expert in all things solar construction operations, and a people person who excels at training and motivating your team to achieve and exceed KPIs and strategic objectives.
