Utilizes assessments to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs. Being a Talent Management Manager leads the design of performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Establishes cross-functional synergies that provide training and development resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Talent Management Manager champions a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. About the Role:
The Talent Scout Manager will be responsible for leading a team of talent scouts, growing and nurturing our Talent community, leveraging talent and competitive intelligence to design and implement engagement and nurturing strategies.
The Talent Scout team will be responsible for growing and nurturing Sound’s talent community. As a savvy and skillful people-connector, the Talent Scout Manager has both a recruiting and a marketing mindset. The ideal candidate is a market intelligence researcher, a networking strategist, and an expert on all things related to sourcing, engaging and nurturing top talent. With the goal of identifying & connecting with quality talent, the person in this role is an expert in building relationships converting leads to prospects over time. Top candidates will bring innovative sourcing & engagement strategies and will be able to leverage both new and existing tools creatively. Unlike traditional sourcing roles, this role is focused on pipelining for future opportunities versus roles we are recruiting for today.
The person in this role must be able to coach and lead a team, move at a very fast pace, be highly organized, and can efficiently prioritize. This person must also be able to regularly report on identified key performance indicators to demonstrate the effectiveness of primary activities.
