Job Summary:
The Director, Talent Development provides strategic planning and execution of Performance Management, Training and Development, and Education programs, ensuring access to and communication of various learning opportunities. The position partners with Instructional Design for the assessment and development of programs to meet or exceed the expectations of the company regarding Performance, Engagement and Talent Management. The position works directly with senior leadership to ensure all Performance Management, Training, Education and Workforce Development programs are aligned with organizational objectives.
