Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract workers for salaried, skill trades and production hourly roles.

Ongoing management of our talent acquisition delivery (complete to lead time promise), quality, and cost; working to monitor and improve our execution of our processes to drive the best effectiveness and efficiency. This includes developing marketing practices and tools that will deploy our employer brand to promote our company, culture, and opportunities.

Manage dedicated recruiters and contract recruiters to effectively deliver talent in filling their assigned requisitions. Provide leadership, coaching and developing the recruiting team to constantly improve and optimize our recruiting tools and strategy.

Responsible for recruiting for select requisitions including candidate sourcing, candidate management, partnering with Hiring Managers, and partnering with MCR to complete the full cycle recruiting process.

Partnering with the leaders of the organization assigned to proactively develop talent acquisition strategies appropriate for their organization.

Keeping current with the latest practices, processes, tools, providers, and technology that can be reviewed and if aligned with our strategy, implemented to support recruiting efforts.

Responsible for managing the relationship, strategy and spend with vendors that support talent acquisition processes.
Skills and Abilities:

Skilled recruiter knowledgeable in full cycle recruiting

Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in candidate sourcing channels

Ability to collaborate with others.

Ability to work comfortably with all levels within an organization.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to plan, project manage and drive projects to completion.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and experience

A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition, including leading a team.
