    We are seeking a forward-thinking, results-oriented Director Talent Acquisition to lead Acadia's Talent Acquisition organization providing strategic direction and operational efficiencies to ensure a best-in-class TA strategic, operating, and delivery model. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for creating and implementing both strategic and tactical talent acquisition initiatives. This role will lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, oversee executive search and handle relationships with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Lead and develop TA strategy, focusing on creating innovative sourcing and outreach strategies that result in diverse candidate pools and a top-notch candidate experience
    • Provide overall leadership, coaching and guidance to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure they deliver on their goals and metrics and maintain a very high level of client satisfaction
    • Own and build influential relationships across the business with hiring leaders and executives, facilitating expedient and insightful hiring decisions
    • Direct the Executive Search strategy and program, managing internal/external partners in sourcing and hiring executive talent
    • Establish best practices to foster growth, drive cultural enhancement, and ensure legal compliance
    • Manage external resources and vendors, including RPOs and staffing suppliers, to optimize talent sourcing
    • Champion the company's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program and work closely with DEI key stakeholders to meet diversity hiring objectives
    • Coordinate with the People & Performance team on company immigration policies and activities
    • Lead the planning and execution of innovative, cost-effective recruiting strategies
    • Track hiring against workforce plan and provide talent market insights to help shape workforce plan
    • Collaborate with Finance, P&P, and senior management to develop comprehensive workforce plans that support the company's growth and objectives
    • Oversee the strategy and management of the contingent workforce and Managed Services Provider, ensuring alignment with the corporate workforce plan
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Education/Experience/Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
    • Minimum of 4 years experience directly managing and coaching a team of TA Professionals (recruiters operations) required
    • Pharma/biotech experience preferred; experience recruiting for Field Sales roles and/or Launch planning experience preferred
    • Demonstrated experience analyzing recruiting and workforce planning metrics and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing improvement plans to meet goals.
    • Experience setting strategic initiatives and priorities for ATS required; Greenhouse ATS highly preferred.
    • Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter required; experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights and other sourcing and talent market tools highly preferred.
    • Experience managing external vendors including RPOs, staffing suppliers, Executive Recruitment Agencies, and MSPs.

    Scope:

    Establishes strategic plans for designated function(s). Develops methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of functional area and related organizational objectives. Erroneous decisions will have a serious impact on the overall success of functional area and may impact the long term success of the Company.

    Physical Requirements:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, see, talk or hear in a standard office environment. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

    In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards based on factors such as individual and organizational performance. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location.

    Salary Range
    $172,000-$215,000 USD
