Maricich Health seeks an accomplished part-time recruiter / talent director with advertising / branding / marketing agency experience to be an integral part of our team. The recruiter will manage the day-to-day recruiting and hiring process, demonstrating detailed execution and oversight to find and vet the best candidates for any given creative, strategic, account, project management, digital (non-IT), production and administrative support position. The recruiter must have the skills and experience to facilitate the posting, recruitment, and evaluation of candidates for a range of dynamic positions required in a successful healthcare advertising agency. The recruiter must be experienced in interacting with all levels of staff, prospective team members and outside sources and contacts. The recruiter will:
Manage the company applicant tracking system - SmartRecruiters
Oversee and promote the agency employee / candidate referral program
Team with vendors such as placement agencies, temporary agencies and specialist contingency recruiters to enhance the recruiting process as needed
Collaborate with team on some onboarding / HR functions as needed
Requirements:
Compensation Range: $65 - $115 hr. that the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position consistent with applicable law.
