35 - 40 hours per week, days with weekend availability
This position is responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service to Rock 30 Games customers. Responsibilities include taking cash and credit card payments, giving change and receipts, taking care of returns and trade-ins, and keeping work areas neat and clean. Associates operate computer terminals that register sales, adjust inventory figures, and do simple calculations. Associates also help with simpler tasks, such as stocking shelves or racks, marking prices, taking inventory and preparing displays.
Possess strong customer service skills, including clear verbal and written communication skills.
Possess basic mathematical skills
Ability to read and interpret documents.
