Systems Support Assistant, Sr. assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems. Assists users with questions or problems. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when applicable
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages fluently, including English and Spanish
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Comfortable with outbound calling and following up with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
