Systems Support Assistant assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems. Assists users with questions or problems. Being a Systems Support Assistant may help perform system backups and recovery and install new software. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Additionally, Systems Support Assistant typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Systems Support Assistant works under moderate supervision.
