Designs, implements, and supports network infrastructure. Analyzes infrastructure requirements and constraints to develop network solutions and improvements. Installs and upgrades network technologies. Configures, deploys, and supports network switches, routers, and data center network infrastructure. Supports wide area network sites. Performs network monitoring.
Requires bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering or related, plus 24 months of experience as a Systems or Network Engineer, or related.
Above experience must include two years designing, implementing, and supporting system and infrastructure services in the healthcare or health insurance industry, including:
1) Data Center network using Cisco NX-OS and ACI, and LAN/WAN utilizing Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco Routers/ISR/ASR, Cisco SD-WAN and Cisco DNAC;
2) managing NAC and TACACS solutions using Cisco ISE;
3) troubleshooting Cisco devices utilizing network monitoring tools including Splunk; and
4) administering network security devices, including one year using Check Point Firewalls.
Hybrid position - Requires work onsite 1-2 days per week.
