Performs advanced management, update and change control functions including • Manage, merge and improve VMWare ESX environments across two data centers, supporting virtual servers and the Dell hardware stack that supports them. • Configure and maintain Sonicwall firewalls at multiple locations. • Support and update virtualized Linux servers and related applications. • Support and update virtualized Windows servers and related applications. • Maintain and update Windows virtual desktops via golden images using Citrix Provisioning Services • Organize and execute server, application and data migration projects with input from stakeholders. • Interact with team members and clients on technology design and planning, project scope, accepted practices, and issue resolutions. • Design and integrate new IP networks including failover as new circuits are added • Segregate traffic by virtual LAN keeping public traffic separate from private vLANs |
