Summary:
Cabin Creek Health Systems (CCHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Patient Centered Medical Home, with six integrated health centers, and five School Based Health centers, and is continually planning expansions and new program developments. CCHS offers many services including primary care, dentistry, 340B pharmacy programs, behavioral health, robust substance use treatment, pulmonary rehab, and many more.
The DPM is a member of the senior leadership team of CCHS with responsibility for facilitating the recruitment and continuing education of CCHS staff members including physicians, non-physician medical and BH providers, pharmacists, nurses, and care managers, etc. They will be expected to collaborate with department leaderships to develop and maintain job descriptions. Additionally, the DPM will oversee routine trainings and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as working with appropriate CCHS team members to facilitate and develop additional training opportunities to fill in and mitigate gaps in knowledge for staff.
The DPM will maintain the mission and vision of CCHS, and work collaboratively with CCHS leadership, teams, and Board of Directors in the execution of their duties. The DPM will work particularly close with the CCHS Chief Operating Officer, or designee; CCHS Chief Financial Officer, or designee; the CCHS Chief Executive Officer, or designee; the CCHS Chief Medical Officer, or designee, the CCHS Quality Director or designee; specific team, program, or service leaders; and other CCHS educational programs.
