Systems Consultant/Engineer (Pre & Post Sales) designs the enablement plans and configuration specifications and performs installation processes to implement integrated hardware and software systems and products purchased by customers. Prototypes and tests proposed solutions for feasibility, reliability, and quality. Being an Systems Consultant/Engineer (Pre & Post Sales) develops program and system specifications to meet customers' technical requirements and guide enablement, configuration, or coding of products and solutions. Provides technical information, requirements, and cost estimates to sales teams to use in proposals, quotes, and statements of work. Additionally, Systems Consultant/Engineer (Pre & Post Sales) creates and maintains documentation to provide customers with a reliable technical resource for product operation and maintenance.     What you will do:

    • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and referrals.
    • · Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their security needs and recommend tailored solutions.
    • · Present and demonstrate our range of security products and services to residential and commercial customers.
    • · Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
    • · Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.

    Requirements:

    • · Proven track record in sales, preferably in the security industry or related field.
    • · Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • · Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals.
    • · Knowledge of security systems and technology is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
    • · Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
