We are an expanding full-service repossession company in search of a Post Repossession Manager to enhance our team, directly reporting to Senior Executives and President. This role is critical when it comes to the daily operations following a repossession. While building successful rapport with post-repossession clients and ensuring we are following company guidelines and standards. This candidate requires excellent leadership skills to motivate any team, excellent attention to detail and time management skills to succeed.Post Repossession Responsibilities:
- Direct oversight of multiple storage facilities across the company’s footprint
- Develop and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships with auctions, while ensuring we are fulfilling current contract requirements.
- Dispatching portals to transport drivers, ensuring deliveries meet client requirement and IRS company standards of 90% or higher.
- Complete audits to ensure paperwork and portals are completed live.
- Manage team and workload of each department; identifying when it’s necessary to add headcount/fleet.
- Daily operations and functions of all Lot locations, ensuring they are up to IRS Lot Inspection standards.
- Identify areas of weakness within our current practices, provides a plan of improvement, update current policies as needed.
- Evaluating new hire trainees once training is complete, final sign off
- Create and implement logistics plan for each market, set expectations with team
- Manage a team with various skill sets, set individual and team goals to measure performance or provide growth opportunities.
- Review and provide insight on annual budget, compare LY, actual, and forecasted numbers.
- Continually work to increase revenue and minimize unnecessary operational costs.
- Anticipate and resolve operational and employee issues that arise.
- Investigates and resolves all Lot originated complaints, provides details to the Complaint coordinator.
Post Repossession Requirements:- Minimum of four years of project management experience in a managerial role, with demonstrated success
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Strong background in project management and customer service experience
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure while in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent knowledge of relevant safety and compliance regulations.
- The selected candidate is required to pass a drug and background check that meets company guidelines.
