Systems Consultant/Engineer (Pre & Post Sales) jobs in Kansas

• Install and configure digital presses, envelope printers, and advanced finishing devices at customer sites.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their printing requirements and produce high-quality samples.
• Provide expertise in optimizing print settings for various applications.

• Maintain the demo room to showcase the latest products and technologies.
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and ready for customer demonstrations.

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, demonstrations, and presentations for potential clients.

• Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

• Travel throughout the region to support installation and service activities.
• Occasional travel to SumnerOne headquarters and other locations.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in installing and configuring digital presses, envelope printers, and advanced finishing devices.
• Strong understanding of production print workflows and technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical proficiency in production print technologies.
• Strong customer focus and dedication to delivering high-quality service.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
