Overview
Imperative Systems is seeking amazingly talented C-UAS Test Analysts to join our team! In this role you will get to conduct acceptance and operational evaluation assessments as part of a fast-paced, cross-functional C-UAS project team.

Work Location
Summit Point, WV

Travel: ~10% to support test development.

Responsibilities

The Counter-UAS Test Analysts will be responsible on a daily and weekly basis for the following activities:

• 
  Support test engineers in test planning and data collection activities
• 
  Support the planning of test activities by developing a historical record of test activities to
• 
  include but not limited to target ground truth, target operational capabilities, meteorological data, and mission information.
• 
  Responsible for target placement, target configuration, and target operator instructions and guidance.
• 
  Summarizes and merges ground truth collected information into summary reports.
• 
  Assist with general test support to include test set-up and tear-down.
• 
  Develop and use mathematical functions to process raw test data.
• 
  Generate insights from distilled test results for client and senior leader consumption.
• 
  Assist in drafting plans and test reports.
