OPPORTUNITY SNAPSHOT:
Our Systems Analyst role works with the business and the IT departments, to identify and implement IT solutions that enable and support the business. You will provide business user support by helping troubleshoot business application or business process issues and provide assistance in setting up application configurations, controls, and user provisioning.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Develop and communicate application upgrades, maintenance windows, test scripts and user acceptance testing.

Manage optimization requests and works with leaders to prioritize in support of the business drivers.

Provide assistance to the business users in defining and documenting requirements for system improvements.

Help in developing positive customer relationships which makes it possible to influence positive change and contribute to collaboration in defining and implementing IT solutions.

Work with other analysts to provide operational consulting to business groups in the use of their systems to support effective business processes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience necessary to perform role.

0 – 3 years’ experience in Information Technology understanding needed.

The ability to articulate your thoughts in a clear and concise manner to both business users and the IT team through written or oral correspondence, presentations and/or meetings required.

Good decision making and problem-solving skills necessary.

Aptitude for understanding both technology and business concepts and processes needed.

Good analytical and communication skills to help facilitate user issues, challenging preconceived ideas and proposing alternative solutions, while maintaining strong relationships.

Aptitude for gathering business requirements, process flows, use cases and other methods.

Basic concepts of business processes, system development and process improvements.

A certain degree of creativity and latitude required.

Results-oriented, execution mindset necessary.
