Systems Capacity Analyst jobs in Lehi, UT

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Manage projects assigned to the IT Department
• Report to the Director of IT on the status of projects
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and related peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications.
• Provide helpdesk support when needed
• After-hours IT support as needed.
• Liaison with third-party IT service providers.
• Support the Director of IT as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Management of IT staff, making sure projects assigned to individuals are completed within agreed-upon time frames
• Report system issues and needs to the Director of IT (with solutions to reported problems)
• Collaborate with all departments (in conjunction with the Director of IT) on issues and solutions to problems
• Work with auditors submitting reports for Sarbanes Oxley requirements
• Review budgets and future needs with Director of IT
