Job Description:

Title: Systems Analyst

Duration: 6 Month contract to potential hire

Location: Remote - MUST sit in the PNW (Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho)
Rate: 29-39/hour W2

Job duties:

• Documenting process / workflows and system requirements: Proficient in basic programming languages, such as scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell, and SQL for dealing with databases.
• Ability to build simple story cards; understand simple acceptance criteria enough to verify results; develop simple user documentation and concepts.
• Ensure accurate business functionality and engineering/technology standards are addressed within the computer applications.
• Accountable for functional system design and configuration. Write and execute ad-hoc reports and SQL queries.
• Assist in testing, analyzing, and ensuring the quality of software, products, and systems.
• Ability to trouble shoot incidents and defects, find root cause, and provide plan for next steps.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and listening skills, meticulous logic, and other methods that help solve problems, look beyond the obvious, ask probing questions, and see hidden problems.
• Provide support for projects during installation and post implementation.
• Ability to clearly and directly communicate in writing and verbally, and work with minimal direction.
