Systems Capacity Analyst jobs in Decatur, IL

This is a full-time, 12-month, non-exempt position that reports to the Director of Information Technology and is located on the JWCC campus in Quincy, Illinois.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation for the Ellucian Banner student information system, with specific support within Finance, Human Resources and Foundation modules. Other duties include generating ad hoc reports from the Ellucian Banner system database to fulfill the needs of the college.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree and certificates in a computer or information technology related field preferred. Experience with the following applications highly recommended: enterprise applications, Oracle database functionality, Oracle Developer Suite, the SQL language, Office Suite and report writing software.
