Researches, identifies, selects, and tests technology products required for solution delivery. Additionally, Systems Architect establishes, implements, and documents technology integrations or migration strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Systems Architect works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. This direct hire role can work a hybrid schedule of one day per week in the office in Tennessee with the rest of the time remote OR can work fully remote from anywhere within the U.S. This role will offer a salary range of $110,000- $140,000 with a 15% bonus (total compensation of $126,500-$161,000 per year), a monthly cell phone allowance, and a comprehensive suite of benefits to include 401k, medical , dental, and vision insurance coverage on day one of hire date.
