What You Will Get To Do: Key stakeholder in implementation, maintenance and support of capabilities focused on customer facing fraud prevention and authentication. Administrate and maintain 3rd party vendor portals. This includes policy enhancements or creation, access management and analysis. Requirement gathering for new development, integrations or client onboarding. Responsible for maintaining and monitoring fraud services that includes identification, review and remediation of fraud cases as directed. Work with the Lines of Business (LOBs) and understand landscape (applications and key risks/controls) to provide relevant data. Conduct analysis and create performance reports in support of existing and new product development, and/or customer sales. Support in the design, implementation and maintenance of fraud prevention and detection tools. Focuses on the application of technology within our customers’ and our organization’s business environments. Researches and proposes options and solutions for utilizing and/or improving information systems and/or business processes. Identifies, analyzes, documents, communicates, and validates requirements for changes to information systems and business processes. Requirements: Career level professional leading small, moderately complex projects or working on complex tasks that require a high degree of judgement, resourcefulness, and self-initiative. Demonstrates specialized expertise to evaluate wide-ranging and complex issues and develop creative solutions. Recommends new procedures. Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or high school degree and 5 years of related experience.
