· Experience in three (3) or more areas of financial execution
· Demonstrated success in two (2) or more of the following areas:
o Financial execution of a spend plan
o Experience in conducting analysis of obligation plans vs obligations.
o Experience in monthly financial reporting.
o Experience with communications of budget materials to senior officials
o Experience in financial programing for O&M and RDT&E
o Experience with presentations to senior officials
o Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluations.
o Experience in creating complex spreadsheets.
o Experience in creating Power Point presentations.
o Experience in the ability to research payments.
Experience in setting up conferences
