POSITION SUMMARY:
The Security Systems and Data Analyst will support security systems technology and manage data for accuracy across all Alnylam Security applications. Identifies and addresses systems related problems and corrects any data discrepancies found or reported. Creates and maintains processes or guides to ensure data is added accurately to Security Applications by other team members such as Badge Administrators, Security Analysts, or Supervisors. Provides Tier I support on a variety of security system and hardware related issues to users and customers. Identifies, assesses and resolves technical problems by following the troubleshooting steps developed by the manufacturers.
