RITA Corporation is hiring a full-time staff Systems Administrator for our IT department. This position is a direct hire role. The right candidate will have several years of help desk experience with onsite and remote workers. Familiarity with ERP administration is a strong plus.

Responsibilities: The Systems Administrator will ensure reliable performance of the ERP system (40%) and provide IT related support for users (60%)
- Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems
- Coordinate new software and firmware releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users
- Perform server administration tasks (ex: Active Directory, group policies, print services, HyperV, and Veeam management)
- Monitor data-center health using existing management tools, and respond to hardware issues as they arise
- Maintain, update and repair internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
- Perform email management, security, and spam in Microsoft Exchange 365
- Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
- 3 years IT Help Desk experience
- 2 ERP Administration Experience (Deacom/ECI a plus)
- ERP Implementation experience a plus
- Knowledge of SQL and operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, systems performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching
- Knowledge of powershell/cmd scripting
- Experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing (specifically Microsoft Azure)
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Good communication (written and verbal)
- Speak, read and write English proficiently
- Detailed oriented, possesses good organizational skills
