    We are seeking a Systems Administrator, with compensation commensurate based on experience. This role will help manage and support our district's technology platforms under the direction of the Senior Director of Operations. Ideal candidates will have great problem solving abilities, passion for educational technology, and the willingness to learn. Responsibilities:
    • Provide tier-1 helpdesk and technical support to staff/students on hardware, software, and network-related issues
    • Perform basic troubleshooting on Windows & Mac computers, Chromebooks, iPads & iPhones, printers, WiFi networks, AV equipment, etc.
    • Assist in managing user accounts and permissions across platforms including: Google Admin, Aspen SIS, Mosyle, InTune, Securly, PaperCut
    • Handle delegated system administration tasks like content moderation, account verification, report generation
    • Receive on-the-job training on district technology platforms to build deeper expertise
    Learning and Development Ongoing opportunities for professional development in pursuing relevant IT certifications with tuition reimbursement Qualifications: For Entry-Level Candidates:
    • Associate degree or equivalent experience
    • 1 years help desk, technical support experience
    • Familiarity with common OS, software, hardware, and networks
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Eager to continuously learn and take on new responsibilities
    Additional Advanced Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
    • 1-2 years professional IT experience supporting computers, mobile devices, networks etc.
    • 3 years of professional systems administration and/or network administration experience
