We’re looking for a highly skilled individual to join our Customer Support Center team, managing a high volume of inbound calls and online requests. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with energy, promptness, accuracy, courtesy, and most of all patience. He or she will be handling a variety of important supportive tasks, providing answers, insights, instruction, and assistance. As the voice of our company, the CSC Switchboard Operator must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm for helping our customers achieve a World Class Customer Service experience.
