Summary:Responsible for coordination and timely execution of the daily activities/tasks of the switchboard operators. Assists in developing and implementing policies and procedures, methods, and standards.

Work Schedule: Full Time Days

Responsibilities:Receives and relays internal and external calls and provides general information according to protocol.

Maintains desk directories, on-call list, reference guides and other associated reference materials.

Operates beeper and paging system to contact personnel and code team.

Communicates codes, alerts, drills and other announcements according to established policies and protocols, including disaster management plans.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Minimum Required Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Required Licensure/Certification: None required.
• Minimum Experience: None required.

The pay range for this position is: $18.00 - $23.40 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
