At this healthcare facility, the Switchboard Operator is the voice of the facility warmly greeting and efficiently routing each incoming call from both inside and outside of the hospital.
Beacon Hill Switchboard Operators are true customer service professionals who inherently love to help others and are happy to help callers get to their correct destination with a smile.
This role is also responsible for monitoring the hospital alarm systems and accurately responding to the codes as needed.
This role is part-time, on-site position. Shifts will primarily be evenings and weekends and in either Melbourne or Rockledge.
