Swab Rig Operator is responsible for operation of the swab rig, crew, and equipment and for ensuring customer satisfaction with all services rendered. Ensures that all crew are at the swab rig and ready to work at scheduled time. Being a Swab Rig Operator maintains productivity standards for all rig functions. Maintains a safe working environment and ensures compliance of applicable regulations and policies. Additionally, Swab Rig Operator may require a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor or manager. The Swab Rig Operator supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Swab Rig Operator typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. We are seeking to hire a Drill Operator
- Minimum of 1 year experience drilling wells preferred
- Experience with geothermal drilling procedures and closed loop systems a plus
- Rigs are top head drive, Schramm knowledge preferred
- Occasional out of town or out of state travel is required
- Mechanical and/or welding skills helpful.
Environmental Working Conditions
- All work is performed outside in heat, cold, and inclement weather.
- Exposure to all elements of nature
- Exposure to all types of terrain
- Exposure to loud noise
- Exposure to fumes, odors, gasses, dusts, etc.
- Work in close proximity to heavy traffic
Physical Requirements
- Standing
- Walking
- Climbing, stooping and bending
- Periodic lifting of 10 to 50 pounds
- Duties may require working from heights

Hourly wage is negotiable based upon experience.
