ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Associate, Business Analytics - Sustainability you will play a key role in providing tools and analysis to support the achievement of corporate sustainability strategies and reporting. You will collaborate across functions to understand business initiatives and develop tools/analysis to meets business needs. You will play a key role in maintaining existing reporting and ensuring data quality. This role requires both business/operational acumen and strong analytical/technical capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain existing sustainability reports, investigating/resolving issues and performing testing to ensure on-going data quality
Prepare corporate sustainability reporting needed for both internal and external KPIs
Collaborate across functions to identify new data/reporting needs; evaluate requests for enhancements/changes to existing reports
Develop and prototype solutions, considering data availability and industry best practices to clearly communicate the current situation and inform recommendations.
Manage sustainability data, utilizing MS SQL Server, Excel, and other tools to cleanse, integrate, and update data sets and perform testing to ensure on-going data quality.
Participate in cross-functional project teams to support sustainability reporting projects throughout development, testing and release
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Minimum 3 years of Business Analysis experience in R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or analytical discipline required
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Background in sustainability
Advanced knowledge of Excel with experience creating dashboards/visualizations/presentations that summarize large quantities of data
Experience with systems such as SAP PLM, Power BI, Tableau and/or MS SQL Server.
Demonstrated complex data analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as a productive member of a cross-functional team
Ability to understand and integrate technical information into business decisions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
Experience with product data and specifications
Cross-functional experience, working with different functions, BUs, teams
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full time Monday-Friday Core Office hours
Business travel as necessary (< 5%)
Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
