What We Need:

We are looking for a Sustainability Analyst to join our Corporate Social Responsibility team to help support our sustainability goals and progress!

What You Will Do:

• Manage sustainability data around greenhouse gas emissions, energy, waste, and water
• Support development and updating of sustainability scorecards and goal tracking
• Manage and support enterprise data management systems and data inputs
• Help aggregate data for reporting – internally for status meetings, and board presentations and externally for CDP, CSR report, customer requests, state carbon reporting requirements, and potential SEC requirement
• Help to communicate performance results through metrics, scorecard, and trend analysis

What You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Data Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of carbon accounting and greenhouse gas protocol
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards
• 2 years of experience, preferably in data management
• Experience with Excel or Power BI

What You’re Good At:

• Strong data management skills and project management skills
• Experience with data solutions including Microsoft suite
• Strong interest in sustainability
