SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR implements policies and procedures for the surveillance department. Ensures compliance with gaming requirements set by state gaming authority and local law enforcement. Being a SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR supervises and evaluates surveillance employees. Safeguards the assets of the organization. Additionally, SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR reports improper activity or disturbances to security team for further investigation. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Allied Universal® is hiring a Surveillance Investigator Part-Time . The Investigator’s primary focus is to investigate the insurance claims field for a variety of coverage to include workers’ compensation, general liability, property and casualty, disability, life, and healthcare.
This individual must have investigative skills to independently conduct all aspects of basic surveillance investigations.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Independently investigate insurance claims field for a variety of coverage to include workers’ compensation, general liability, property and casualty, disability, life, and healthcare under close direct supervision
- Collect information through use of own discretion, and guidance from clients and case managers, by means of :
- Personal observation with video and photographic validation
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must possess one or more of the following :
- A bachelor's degree in criminal justice, accounting, engineering, computer science, a foreign language, or a related field
- Must be able to successfully complete the Allied Universal Investigations PI Training / orientation course
- Ability to be properly licensed as required by the state
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license
- Flexibility to work varied and irregular hours and days, including weekends and holidays
