SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR implements policies and procedures for the surveillance department. Ensures compliance with gaming requirements set by state gaming authority and local law enforcement. Being a SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR supervises and evaluates surveillance employees. Safeguards the assets of the organization. Additionally, SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR reports improper activity or disturbances to security team for further investigation. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. The position is located out of the Sumner County Office and involves conducting home visits of non-violent felony offenders who have been released from incarceration and assigned to the Community Corrections Program for Sumner County. Activities associated with this position include home visits, and maintaining the documentation necessary to comply with program policies and procedures. Additional activities include providing testimony in court, and assisting with drug screens . Job responsibilities require experience in community corrections, law enforcement, or related field. E.O.E.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, College degree preferred but not required or 4 years related work experience; experience with offenders, valid Driver’s License.
