SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR implements policies and procedures for the surveillance department. Ensures compliance with gaming requirements set by state gaming authority and local law enforcement. Being a SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR supervises and evaluates surveillance employees. Safeguards the assets of the organization. Additionally, SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR reports improper activity or disturbances to security team for further investigation. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. SUMMARY:
To assist the Surveillance Manager in every regard at all times; to supervise senior operators, technicians and operators on their respective shifts as instructed by the Manager in compliance with all-departmental, company and State Regulations. To conduct continuous surveillance of all areas of the casino via floor surveillance and the CCTV system as directed by the Manager per Commission, departmental and company regulations; to take authority over emergency situations until such time that the Manager may arrive to provide further instructions and to give guidance and training to the Operators of all shifts.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Two years Surveillance Senior Operator experience. At least 21 years of age, displaying a level of maturity commensurate with the responsibility of the position. Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to obtain a work permit or license issued by the Missouri Gaming Commission. Must demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the Surveillance Manager, via written and oral evaluation, the ability to take authority over any situation when the Manager is absent.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
