Surveillance Operator

RSS is seeking mature minded and professional candidates to join our organization as an entry level Monitoring Surveillance Operator.

Provides mandatory 2 1/2 week day-time on the job training.

High pace, multi-tasking environment.

Monitor 400 client sites across North America by the way of video analytics.

Rely on process and procedural guidelines to secure client properties.

Correspond with key client contacts and log events accordingly.

Provide granted access to secured client properties.

Conduct hourly tours for client locations.

Other duties to include - answering phones, access requests, etc.

Job Requirements

High knowledge of computer systems and functions.

Ability to work in a high pace office environment.

Ability to sit for long period of time at a computer.

Ability to multi-task and respond quickly to potential intrusions.
