Surveillance Operator operates all surveillance computer equipment. Monitors all areas of the property and closely observes a target game, staff member, or customer. Being a Surveillance Operator ensures compliance with applicable gaming regulations. Reports improper activity or disturbances to supervisor or security team for further investigation. Additionally, Surveillance Operator may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Surveillance Operator may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. OBSERVE, ALERT, REPORT
Respond to incoming video alarm signals in accordance with Inet's standard operating procedures (SOP).
Dispatch appropriate authorities having jurisdiction as required per SOP.
Notify customers of alerts and/or dispatches as per SOP.
Recognize system issues with monitored sites and/or software and create support tickets.

Position is technical in nature and requires comfort and proficiency with computers and software.
Inet will fully train on all software and state required licensing will be through Inet.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Background check/drug test
- Ability to work evening and/or nights, 4 pm -12 am or 12 am – 8 am (inclusive of weekends and holidays)
- High School diploma
- Ability to work 44-hour weeks to include one 12-hour shift on either Saturday or Sunday.
