Surveillance Operator operates all surveillance computer equipment. Monitors all areas of the property and closely observes a target game, staff member, or customer. Being a Surveillance Operator ensures compliance with applicable gaming regulations. Reports improper activity or disturbances to supervisor or security team for further investigation. Additionally, Surveillance Operator may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Surveillance Operator may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. It is the primary responsibility of the Surveillance Operator to protect the integrity of all Table Games, Slot Machines, Cashier Cage, Count Rooms, ATM/Kiosk areas, Point of Sales (POS), currency escorts, and other related gaming areas. The Surveillance Operator will observe, report, and maintain required video evidence in order to safeguard the Comanche Nation Entertainment from any fraudulent tort or prize claims.

Must be able to work in an enclosed are with cool temperatures and low lighting. Must be available to work any hours and/or shift, including nights, weekends, holidays and rotating shifts, as assigned and/or according to business needs. The workplace is also under constant surveillance both inside and outside the facility. Must be able to operate in a mentally and physically stressful environment.
The Surveillance Operator may be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve contentious issues with difficult guests and staff members. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable on company’s policy.
