Surveillance Operator jobs in Ohio

Surveillance Operator operates all surveillance computer equipment. Monitors all areas of the property and closely observes a target game, staff member, or customer. Being a Surveillance Operator ensures compliance with applicable gaming regulations. Reports improper activity or disturbances to supervisor or security team for further investigation. Additionally, Surveillance Operator may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Surveillance Operator may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.     • Observes and reports any and all gaming violations and/incidents on company property• Operates all surveillance equipment, including, but not limited to, monitors, switches, computers, controllers, and cameras as assigned.• Learns all games in use and all procedures and cheating indicators of such games.• Understands and ensures compliance with all company/department policies and procedures.• Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations.• Writes proper reports as needed in a timely manner.• Reviews and responds to all surveillance and gaming control request.• Interprets and reviews all other departments request when necessary.• Remains current with all activities that threaten the security of the property.• This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and team members may also be asked to perform other reasonable related duties as assigned.
