Position Overview: As an Account Manager / Salesman at Alpha Video Surveillance you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while driving sales growth. You'll work in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, combining professionalism with a sense of fun that sets us apart from the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts.
• Update and maintain protocol forms for all properties.
• Collaborate with the project manager for missed events.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
