Position Overview

Efficiency Enhancement: Devise and implement strategies to optimize the efficiency of our materials management, streamlining processes to boost productivity and efficacy.

Procurement Innovation: Spearhead innovative procurement approaches to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.

Record Establishment and Maintenance: Spearhead the establishment and maintenance of records pertaining to materials and operations.

Inventory Oversight and Management: Take charge of material control and inventory management processes.

Document Control Administration: Administer document control procedures to ensure accuracy and accessibility of important documents.

Stock Location System Maintenance: Maintain and update the stock location system for efficient tracking of materials.

Direct Support and Management: Provide direct support and management for operational activities.

Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategies and scripts aimed at enhancing operations and customer engagement.

Requirements

Experience: Demonstrated experience in operations coordination, particularly in materials management and procurement optimization.

Organization: Strong organizational skills to streamline processes and ensure timely supply.

Analytical Ability: Proficiency in analyzing inventory data and implementing efficiency-enhancing strategies.

Communication: Effective communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

Innovation: Proactive mindset for pioneering new procurement approaches.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve challenges in materials coordination and procurement.
