Surgeon - Vascular jobs in Saginaw, MI
Surgeon - Vascular specializes in the diagnosis, medical management, and surgical treatment of patients with diseases of the blood vessels outside the heart and brain. Determines which instruments and method of surgery will be most successful in achieving desired outcome. Being a Surgeon - Vascular identifies need for tests or follow-up visits. Reviews patient history and confirms need for surgery. Additionally, Surgeon - Vascular may provide medical personnel with direction concerning patient care. May provide in-service training as needed to address new technology in health care treatment. Provides charting in compliance with all laws and regulations. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Typically reports to the chief of surgery. Requires a license to practice. Surgeon - Vascular's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. The vascular surgeons at MVC are leaders in innovative vascular care, first and foremost in vascular health in mid-Michigan for over sixty years. Michigan Vascular Access Center provides a full service hemodialysis access center, offering comprehensive vascular service to patients with ESRD. Both diagnostic and surgical treatment for dialysis access are performed right in our office.
Full-time positions, Monday – Friday, First Shift, No Weekends, No Holidays.

Job Requirements
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• Current MI RN license in good standing
• BLS/ACLSPreferred Skills
• Procedure experience-IV access, sterile technique, EKG monitoring, IV sedation administration
• Physical agility–Ability to lift 50 pounds and able to wear lead during fluoroscopic procedures for long periods of time
