Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of Atlanta is a small but busy private practice providing reconstructive services for breast cancer patients. Teamwork and cohesion are vital to our small administrative team, who are always happy to assist coworkers when needed. **Primary Responsibilities:**
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records accurately
- Verify insurance information with meticulous detail and accuracy
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Other tasks as needed
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a medical receptionist role preferred
- Familiarity with systems such as Google Workspace applications (Mail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, etc.)

Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30am - 6:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm. Part-time shifts may fall anywhere within these timeframes. Starting pay is negotiable depending on experience.
