Surgeon - Plastic Reconstructive jobs in Arizona

Scottsdale Plastic Surgery Practice is looking for a mature, professional Patient care coordinator to provide front and back office medical assistant support as well as coordinating surgical scheduling and assisting with office procedures. You must be a medical assistant with at least 3 years of medical office experience.

Candidate must demonstrate a high level of customer service, professionalism, and communication skills. You must be highly organized with attention to detail.

24-36 hours/week, $22-25/hour DOE

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones
• Schedule in-office appointments, and surgeries
• Prepare and maintain patient charts
• Handle patient and office flow
• Maintain & order medical supplies
• Room patients and prepare for exams
• Prepare for and coordinate pre-operative appointments
• Make any necessary Preparations for surgeries
• Assist surgeon with pre-operative and post-operative visits
• Set up office surgeries, injectables, drain removal & wound care
• Assisting with office surgeries
• Sterilization and Autoclaving instruments

This is a smoke-free office

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
