Surgeon - Pediatric examines, diagnoses, and surgically treats children from the newborn stage through late adolescence. Treats a wide variety of problems children may have, which may include appendicitis, hernias, cancer, or a serious congenital anomaly. Being a Surgeon - Pediatric reviews patient history and confirms need for surgery. Determines which instruments and method of surgery will be most successful in achieving desired outcome. Additionally, Surgeon - Pediatric may provide medical personnel with direction concerning patient care. May provide in-service training as needed to address new technology in health care treatment. Provides charting in compliance with all laws and regulations. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Typically reports to the chief of surgery. Requires a license to practice. Our pediatric dental office is in search of detail-oriented team player for our Front office specialist. You will be the first face our patients see in the office and the first voice their parents hear on the phone- so making a great impression is a must! You may also be asked to assist in our marketing efforts in the community.
We are dedicated to finding the right person to join our team. Ideal candidate would have excellent customer service skills and a positive demeanor and outlook. Attention to detail, dependability, a strong work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude are essential to completing daily office duties. While the Front Desk doesn't work directly with kids, our Front Office team must enjoy being around kids and be dedicated to doing their part to help our patients feel like superkids!
No dental office experience is but a plus. We are prepared to train the right person. However, applicants should have a minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting and/or Front Desk position in any industry. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
