Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator is responsible for both automated and manual surface mount manufacturing. Responsible for set-up, operation, and adjustment of SMT equipment. Being a Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator monitors and maintains equipment to meet company standards. May be responsible for quality assurance and documentation. Additionally, Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Are you an experienced machine operator or a mechanically inclined, eager-to-learn individual that's looking for a quick start?
Onin staffing is hiring for a full time Extruder Machine Operator. This is opportunity to join an established company with great benefits.
Role and Responsibilities Include but not limited to :
- Properly operator the extruder and dryer, and any other related equipment
- Properly operator the mixer, the micro system and any other related equipment
- Adjust extruder process by equipment controls
- Occasional climbing of ladders to make physical adjustments of equipment
- Unloading bulk ingredients
Work Experience
Qualifications :
- 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Skills :
Forklift operator experience
Working Conditions :
- Indoor / outdoor working condition
- Loud noise levels (required ear plugs)
- Concrete floors
- Occasional confined environments
- Pressurized steam in extruder area
Physical Requirements :
- Lift 60 pounds
- Climbing on ladders / stairs
- Standing 8 hours a day
- Repetitive shoveling of ingredients
